KAIZEN”: This means “never-ending improvement”. We want to help cultivate a community of strong, confident women who can look to one another for support and who are always striving to improve themselves not just physically, but emotionally.

PASSION: We wanted to create a program to empower women. We looked at our existing skill-set and decided to use our strengths to take action and help other women discover and foster their own.

COMMUNITY: We want to bring something novel to the community that we love by creating a safe space where women can learn to protect themselves. By equipping women with the skill-set to feel calm and ready in all aspects of their life, we hope to                                   do our part helping to build confidence in the women of the Sunshine Coast and                                         elsewhere.
